How I look after my clients

I think in the past some financial advisers have rightly earned a reputation for grabbing as much money as quickly as possible. After that you never hear from them until they can think of a way of selling you some more insurance !! Sound familiar ? If so then you really need to think about what level of service you are getting.

Agreed level of service

My business is built on continuing relationships with you , my customers. I take a smaller initial fee (see how much will it cost) but take a yearly fee for managing your pension and investment. In this way I believe that you are getting a service which is agreed at the start and both parties are happy to stick to. That's how you would pay for any other supplier isn't it?

Managing your investment

First I find out what level of risk is correct for you and then I will place your money in a portfolio of top rated funds which will be appropriate for your risk rating. These funds will be monitored for their performance and changed if needed. If the markets suffer a downturn such as 2008 then your money will be moved to a lower risk rating and returned to its original portfolio at a better time.

Quarterly Report

Everybody gets an easy to read quarterly report which is about two pages long and not full of complex jargon. It simply states how your money is performing, how much you put in and what its worth now. Nothing else needed really.

Review Meetings

Everybody I look after will have the option of at least one face to face meeting to review their finances and circumstances.

Based on the level of the yearly management fee this ranges from a once a year to a once a quarter opportunity.
